I don't come online over the weekends as I like to enjoy life outside of computers. With that said this will update for Friday through Sunday

Still doing the 50 mg of Tren and 75 Mg of Testosterone Cyponate every 2 days.

Rest and recovery day
At 47 years of age I don't bounce back from drinking like I did when I was in my 20's.

Diet:
120 mg Clenbuterol

Pre-Breakfast: Cafe Mocha venti

Breakfast: 6 eggs, Hashbrowns, Bacon, and Whole wheat toast.

Lunch: 8 oz of chicken

mid day snack: Cheese and Crackers

Dinner: 10 oz porkchop, Green beans, corn.

Fun weekend overall and actually weighed myself this morning 10/3/2022 and am now at 186.8 lbs, so overall I lost weight this weekend.

10/3/2022

Weight: 186.6 lbs

Back Day

Dead lift: 10 @ 45 Lbs X2 / 6 @ 135 lbs / 6@225 lbs / 6@315 lbs / 2@355 lbs / 1@415 lbs / 1@445 lbs / 8@315 lbs

Superset:
Bent over reverse grip rows: 4 sets at 205 lbs for 8 reps
Straight leg Dead lift: 4 sets at 205 lbs for 6 reps

Diet:
120 mg of Clenbuterol

Breakfast: Yogurt

Lunch 1: 8 oz of Chicken breast

Lunch 2: 8 oz of Chicken breast

Dinner: 8 oz sirloin, Corn on the cob, Green beans, and a side salad

Emotionally still doing great. Sweat like a stuck pig all night! Sleep last night was very broken due to cramping. Will probably drop the Clen until cramping stops, then start back up at 80 mg which is what my body seems to tolerate well.

One hell of a clen-dosage that one [emoji1] I'd consider keeping it to 80mcg.
Try Taurine and/or Magnesium to help with cramps aswell.

Night-sweats on tren are terrible, personally I find avoiding too much carbs before bedtime helps a bit - but still unavoidable.
