Hi, I am currently working out mon-sat mon, wed, fri i go running about 5 miles at a time the other 3 days i am doing circuits and a lot of body weight exercises, like push up sits ups chin ups and all that stuff, i am looking to cut my running from 5 miles to 3 but really step it up a notch and be able to put in respectable times anything below 22.00 minutes currently 25-26 hit a brick wall. and really wanted to know if the was a steroid out there capable of really improving my C.V and bodyweight exercise's.

I am 21, 6 ft and 180 lbs 81kg

I would really like some insight and appreciate any help anyone can offer

I was a competitive runner for 2 straight years. I ran 35 official 5K's and several half marathons.
we've had countless threads about this sort of thing. I will tell you what I've said in those threads. AAS will not help you with endurance sports. it will hurt you more than help.

the only thing you can do is run more.

I've got 5M karma waiting for someone to prove to me that AAS improved their 5K time. no one has stepped forward yet

Stevemi's got it right. The only way you're going to improve your run time is by running. There are many programs out there designed to help do this but they all center around doing long runs one day (8-12 miles), doing regular runs on other days (not the day after your long run), runs of 5-6 miles, and then a day of just sprints, either wind sprints or if you do a trail uphill sprints. Also, if you're looking to improve your push-ups, pull-ups etc. you should dedicate a workout to doing weighted versions of those exercises. Naturally your reps would be lower but do as many as you can, for example set a pull up goal (depending how fit you are) of 50-75 weighted pull-ups and do as many sets necessary to get to that number.

I appreciate you getting back to me

i have doing a lot of research on the internet and find a lot of people talking about it and finding a lot of Olympic runners get caught and was wondering what could they be taking i am not doubting your knowledge by any means, but in this day and age there is something for everything,
i all ready am running like crazy i dont stop i am wearing thin, i do a lot of swimming as well and cant get any fitter for some reason

i see a lot of people talking about Tbol, var, test and nandralone i have no idea what they are

sorry i just didnt consider 3 miles to be endurance

so your saying there is no enhancer I can take to help me with my running

3 miles most certainly is endurance.

sprinting is 400-800 meters.

notice sprinters look different then endurance runners. sprinters are built like tanks... endurance runners are scrawny, more muscle on endurance runners will damage their times.

like i told you in your PM, you need to run more.. you should be able to get under 24 minutes in a 5K very quickly if you train 3-4X per week properly and eat healthy.

I would get with a running group in your area.. you will get a lot of help with them and advice and they will push you.

i here what your saying but i got a few friends in the marines they have pretty respectable physics but can run 20 miles

I used to run long distance, did five marathons. I still run 3 miles most days. When u try to run when on aas u get such an extreme pump in ur legs u have to stop. After like half a mile.

yea i know whta you mean the hardest thing for me is them days where you are exhausted and you build ya self up for a run and no what how much you want it you just cant run. I use to run 7 miles monday then 5 wednesday and 5 on friday at a slow pace but now i am trying to get some good times down i currently run 3 miles in 26 minutes but have to get in below 22 minutes and i came on here just to see if there is anything to help me achieve that goal, i have looked on the internet i have seen quite a few people talking but no one naming any products
