Anyone here work one bodypart per day?

Yep it has to do mainly with nervous system recovery which is a big deal when trying to gain strength. I practice what I preach either with this routine:
mon- chest, tri
tue- legs, abs
wed- off
thur- delts, abs
fri- back, traps
weekend off

or MY PERSONAL favorite:

Day #1 PULL (traps, back, biceps, rear delts)
Day #2 PUSH (chest, delts, triceps)
Day #3 off
Day #4 Legs (butt, quads, hams, calves)
Day #5 off
Day #6 off
 
I'm with Valdez, my favorite is a pull/push/lsgs routine training monday, wednesday, and friday. Although currently I'm using a 4-day (2 on, 1off, 2 on, 2 off) as to give my shoulders their own day...prioritization.

Monday- Chest/forearms/cardio
Tuesday- Back/abs/cardio
Wednesday- Shoulders/legs/forearms
Thursday- Bi's/Tri's/abs/cardio
Friday- off
Saturday- off
Sunday- cardio/abs

I work one body part a day!

Hey,
I only work one body part a day:
monday-legs
tuesday-chest
wen-off day
thursday-(I do work bis tris and shoulders together) I do this because I get the best results.
friday-back

I have worked out all different ways and this has by far given me the best results. My strengh and muscle mass is tens times better with this workout.
