Hey everyone! I am starting my CKD diet and was curious about a few things. I see that people are including almonds into their diets even on CKD as a source of fat...do you not count almonds as a source of carbs then? Also, what about veggies like brocolli, baby spinach, peppers, onions, etc...would these also be counted as carbs?
