On a bottle of YES it says to apply 30 to I think 40 min before cardio.
My question, when you apply it first thing after exfoliating and go on a run immediately after rather than waiting 30-40 minutes, is it still going to work the same if you don't wait out the 30 or 40 minutes? :Perk:
 
I would exfoliate, or at least rub the area with a wet towel (which is what I did) in the morning. I rarely waited the whole 30-40 minutes, maybe 15-20.

I would get up, exfoliate, put on YES, THEN get ready - like brushing you teeth, etc. BUT, if you wear contacts, I would put those in first, I learned that the hard way ... lol :)
 
Ouch! I know...I have touched my eye with it on my fingers too. Yikes!
Yeah...I would say its about 15-20 minutes after I appply it as well before I get my cardio in.
I use a dry brush to exfoliate though.
Just wanted to make sure it doesnt go to waste if I dont wait the 3-40 min out.
 
I feel it working about 20 min after I put it on. So I think you'll fine with what you're doing.
 
I ordered this today for the 1st time.....

Do you need to wear compression shorts for it to work?? Or clothing doesn't really matter??
 
Yes is a topical fat burning lotion that a lot of people here are using for problem areas. Is it supposed to help with Estrogenic fat. I have been using it and I am noticing results but I am not sure if its from the Yes or a combination of all. Diet, cardio, and Yes. I do it all very strictly. Still trying to lose more ass fat though. And right under the butt.

That's where mine is......

And since I've been dieting/cardio, etc, I'm interested in seeing the diff. it will make once I get it.....
 
Let me know how it goes. I have been losing .5 bf per week. BUt I gained 4 pounds last time my trainer did my stats. That was in a 3 week peiod so it was to fast for it all to be muscle. So I am hoping its not water retention. I get them checked again this week so we will see. It feels like its working anyways.
