@Raptor Labs - Very nice leg session this week felt absolutely fully blown and made some nice progressions. Nothing fancy just simple exercises executed with high intensity.
Little update as well from check in with the coach this week - no changes in food or existing PED doses but we are putting in Lantus at 10iu every morning as well as GH later in the week so pretty keen to see how BW and body composition reacts to these changes. Also switched out LISS cardio for HIIT cardio at 12mins 3x per week.
