2 quick CKD questions

1) I started mine on a Tuesday, which screwed things up a bit cause I want my 7th day to be a Sunday. So, I just started with Day 2 meals on Tues. For this coming up Sunday (which will acutally be my 6th day, but treating it like my 7th), should I still do the carb up? Would it be detrimental to my progress if I just skipped this week's carb up?

2) How far are you guys/gals usually off in your micros, what is acceptable?

Thanks.

1) I usually wait until the end of week 2 until I do my initial refeed.

2) I follow a basic .xls that I have available. If you're interested, PM me.

Give me specifics on your diet and I can help. I'd do the carb load on Sunday. Otherwise your training will suck next week.

Through years of experimenting with the CKD, I've found that one can compensate their muscles in 24 hours, but it takes 36 hours to supercompensate. And if you're a lazy bastard and don't eat in the middle of the night, then it will take longer to supercompensate.

Here is a breakdown of the base of my meal plan, which obviously gets adjusted daily:

1 scoop whey
50g dextrose
2 Whole Eggs
3 slices cheese
3 flax pills
3 slices ham
6 flax pills
Celery
4 tbsp ANPB
2 slices ham
3 slices ham
1 cup turkey
1 scoop whey

Another (stupid) question - when I did my calculations for this week's meals (using Mr. X's online CKD worksheet), it was based on me being 185. This morning I was 181 (before eating). If I carb up tomorrow, should I recalculate it based on 181? Appreciate help peeps.
