Chest and Tri's today, don't mind the order of exercises the ghn was busy so just did was available

1. Incline db press 40x11
2. Plate loaded Chest press 110kgx8
3. Incline db fly 30x11
4. Incline Smith machine bench 80x8
5. Cable fly 46x11
6. Triceps pushdown 87x10
7. Rppe pushdown 50x12
8. Triceps overhead db 15x8
Finished with 100 crunches

what does kangaroo taste like just out of curiosity

It's kinda hard to explain but I'd say a tough lean cut of meat, I like the taste but when it's raw it bloody stinks

1 cups jasmine rice
Mixed veggies
And topped of with some kkmchi

It bloody weird but I think it's one of those things you'd have to know to know but yeah the smell isn't the best
