I'm looking fuller and feeling stronger
Still using Sassy's Pharmaceuticals test, primo and hgh
Goal ATM is still lean gain
I will tidy things up at the back end of of this cycle when I throw in the anavar and drop the hgh to polish it all off
Shoulders tonight
Warmed up with machine press 4x15, 1 plate each side
Side laterals worked up to 25kg for 10 reps
Bar Front raises worked up to 40kg for 10 reps
Reverse fly's 100kg for 8 reps
Shrugs 20kg plate in each hand 3 sets till failure
