Strength is up
Just got back from a back/hamstrings workout this morning which was a killer
Pull up 4x4
Lat pulldown
100kg x 10
One arm row 50kg x 10
Seated row 100kg x 10
Hamstring curls 68kg x 10
Hyperextension 4x 15
@Mrgains2505 good day, all 10s? no higher reps on the rows?
hows your cardio? :)
 
Chest day
Worked up to
Plate loaded machine press
120kg (3 plates a side) x 10
Pec fly machine 120kg x 8
Dips 3 sets x 10
Pullovers 3 sets 30kg x 10 (really focused of squeezing and stretching here to finish off)
I have never done DB pullovers. Any suggestions and tips?
 
Pullovers are awesome bro
I like to do them at the end
Really press through your palms on the dumbbells while still balancing and supporting it
Deep breath in to expand the rib cage as much as possible before starting set
Feel the stretch of the movement as much as you can before bringing back up
