Mad_Max21's Need2slin Log!!!!!!!!

I am back logged a bit, so I'll post everthing now! Thanks for following along!!!

So today i have started my diet and training with the main factor being running Need2slin for 2-3 months and see what the results are! I will be posting a link to fitday so people can view my diet. But the nuts and bolts are 2000 cals, 90g carbs, 25g fats, and 200g protein, from the direction of R.S. I will take 2 caps first thing in Am on empty stomach then first meal half an hour later. Same with lunch meal and dinner meal. Each meal consisting of 30g of carbs. A snack after first and second meals. All other factors (protein, carbs and fats) will be divided equally throughout the day.

Age: 33
Starting weight: 187 lbs.
Starting body fat: 20%

I've also taken pics and measurements, which will all be posted at the end of my program. Reason being to keep you intrested and to see total transformation at end side by side. I will be taken new pics and specs every two weeks, again posting all at end!

02/17/2010 Back & Bi's

I had an awesome workout! I felt amazing pumps, and my energy was great. I noticed I sweat a lot more than usual. Truly felt a difference today which I thought was strange but exciting, for it's my first day!

So there you have it. If I left anything out you want to know just ask! And of course any suggestions you have will be great!

2/17/2010: Back & Bi's

Started with lots of lat and bi stretching, then 5 mins on eliptical to warm up CNS.

Wde grip chins: 3x12 w/just bodyweight
Cybex lat pulldowns: 170x12, 190x10, 210x8
Bent over rows: Barx25, 135x15, 225x12, 245x12
cybex seated lat pull: 170x3 w/only 15 sec. of rest in between, very fast paced.
One arm dumbell row: (dumbells only go up to 75 lbs.) So 3x12 with 75 lbs. DB

Straight bar curls: Barx20, 65x12, (no sky I was not in the power rack

75x12, 75x12 very strict!!!
Alternating DB curls: 50x10, 55x8, 60x6
Cybex preacher curls: 60x12, 50x12, 50x12
Standing double cables (like your doing a front double bi pose) 5x12x30lbs.
One arm preacher DB Iso: 3x12x30 lbs DB

20 mins. on eliptical to finish up.
Energy was awesome, very focused. And sweat liked a madman. (think it was do to the slin?)
 
2/18/2010: Shoulders.

Had an awesome workout, great energy and focus! Surely sweating more since taking the slin. My shoulders were pumped and full thru whole workout.

Military press behind neck: 135x15, 195x8, 195x8
Military press in front: 170x12, 180x12, 190x12
Upright row: 95x12, 135x12, 135x12
BB shrugs: 225x12, 315x10, 345x10
Front raises: 20x15, 20x15 (very strict and slow)
Side raises: 20x12, 20x12 (strict and slow)

Pre workout: N2KTS 2 scoops

Post workout: Whey to build protein, muscle replenisher, 1 slin, 2 gear
 
2/19/2010: Leg day

First i will admit got some pretty weak legs, but looking to change that!

But it was a great workout and felt really good!

Squat: 135x15, 185x15, 225x10
Seated cybex leg press: 190x12, 230x12, 270x12
One legged leg press: 110x12, 110x12, 110x12
Seated leg curl: 60x12, 70x12, 90x12
Leg extensions: 50x12, 50x12, 50x12

Finished with 20 mins. of cardio.
 
2/20/2010: Chest & Tri's

Incline bench: 135x15, 185x12, 225x10
Flat bench: 185x12, 195x10, 185x12
Pec dec: 75x12 3 sets

Close grip: 95x15, 135x12, 155x12
Pressdowns: 190x12 3 sets
One arm extensions: 20x12 3 sets

Very fast pace workout, in and out in 50 mins.

Felt great, awesome workout!
 
2/21/2010: Back & Bi's

Front lat pulldowns: 115x12, 145x10, 175x9
Back lat pulldowns: 115x12, 145x12, 130x12
Cybex seated row: 150x12, 190x12, 215x10
Dual axis rear delt: 40x15, 55x15, 70x15

Standing cambered bar curls: 75x12, 95x12, 115x8
Cybex preacher curls: 55x12, 65x10, 70x10
Standing cables: 30x12, 3 sets concentrating on peak contraction.

I had tons of energy, very focused. I am seeing a huge difference in my pumps, energy and vascularity due to the Need2slin. Noticing differences in my body everyday and workout. So far the Slin is living up to the hype!!!
 
2/22/2010: Shoulders

Military press behind the neck: 135x15, 175x10, 185x8
Military press in front: 155x12, 175x12, 190x10
Upright rows: 95x12, 135x10, 145x10
BB shrugs: 275x12, 315x10, 365x8
Front delt raises: 30x10, 35x10
Side delt raises: 30x10, 35x10
Rear lat double cable pulls: 25x7 High, Med, Low

Great workout!!! Shit ton of energy, and increased vascularity in front delts! Strenth was awesome, felt very focused!!!
 
2/25/2010: Back & Bi's

Cybex lat pulldown: 170x12, 200x12, 220x10
Cybex lat rows: 210x10, 220x10, 230x12
Seated low pulley rows: 205x10, 235x10, 295x6
Iso lat pulldowns: 70x12, 3 sets.

Cable curls: 80x15, 110x8, 100x12
Standing alternate DB curls: 40x10, 60x6, 40x10
Cybex single arm preacher curls: 30x10, 3 sets.

Felt great tonight, massive pumps, vascularity still increasing, great focus and energy. So I think I set a PR on the low pulley rows? I don't remember ever doing the whole stack! Could have got 8 reps but at the end of 6th one my damn gum flew out my mouth and I caught It right at the end so I'm sitting there chuckling to myself what a Ra Tard I looked like, so I stopped! And I very seldom where a tank top, but tonight bout half way thru took off my Needtobuildmuscle shirt and finished my workout! What a change my body's making, It just amazes me. So tomorrow will be legs and abs. Have a great night all.
