I am back logged a bit, so I'll post everthing now! Thanks for following along!!!
So today i have started my diet and training with the main factor being running Need2slin for 2-3 months and see what the results are! I will be posting a link to fitday so people can view my diet. But the nuts and bolts are 2000 cals, 90g carbs, 25g fats, and 200g protein, from the direction of R.S. I will take 2 caps first thing in Am on empty stomach then first meal half an hour later. Same with lunch meal and dinner meal. Each meal consisting of 30g of carbs. A snack after first and second meals. All other factors (protein, carbs and fats) will be divided equally throughout the day.
Age: 33
Starting weight: 187 lbs.
Starting body fat: 20%
I've also taken pics and measurements, which will all be posted at the end of my program. Reason being to keep you intrested and to see total transformation at end side by side. I will be taken new pics and specs every two weeks, again posting all at end!

I had an awesome workout! I felt amazing pumps, and my energy was great. I noticed I sweat a lot more than usual. Truly felt a difference today which I thought was strange but exciting, for it's my first day!
So there you have it. If I left anything out you want to know just ask! And of course any suggestions you have will be great!
