Yogurt

For my first meal I'm eating a cup of Rolled oats mixed with water and what do you guys think about eating light yogurt too. 100 Calories, 0 fats, 85mg of sodium, 250 mg potassium, 19g carbs, 14g sugars and 5g proteins. Along with 20% of calcium and other vitamins such as A, D, phosphorus, riboflavin and magnesium.

Better choices for carbs than 14 grams of sugar, that's for sure.

Even cottage cheese would be a better choice.

I'll eat yogurt 3 times a day, the version with 90 calories, no fat, etc...pretty much the same thign you mentioned...
Its very good for you, it will help you lose weight. Not for any content reasons but simply...if you are hungry, want something to eat and do not have yogurt...what will you eat? Maybe a snack...with more cals. and fat...well have yogurt and you'll avoid that...
Of couse all of you probably knew this.

See, this is what we need to get rid of. Information that is completely off the mark. Yogurt is usually one of two things. LOADED with simple sugars, or outragiously high in fat.........use cottage cheese as SC suggested....good source of calcium and protein........very little sugar/fat.

i love yogurt, hard to find any with protein though, as i steer clear of yogurt with chicken bits floating in it... :D
