Wow, that's a lot of comments at once .
I'll definitely try to get some food pics.
About free time after work, how to say: after 12 hour working day you go to the cabin, communicate with family, watch TV series or a movie and go to sleep. Since work from 06:30 and again until 18:30, I try to go to bed before 21. Especially when the day of training, to get up at 04:00 and until 04:20.
A lot depends on the team, you can play Playstation or table tennis, cards and other games.

Regarding diet and training, when I am at sea there is nothing to add to what I wrote earlier. It all depends on the moral and physical state - when everything is great - then the training is very productive.
I always try to eat 6-7 times a day.
When I get back home it's easier, there are scales, you don't get rocked on the wave like in the sea 😂 and you can weigh everything properly.

so are you allowed to eat as much food as you want at work?
Generally like this :
Breakfast / lunch / dinner.

But no one will say a word to you if you put off food. And since I'm working out and I need enough carbohydrates/fats and protein, I put it off, especially when I see fish and chicken.

I will try to make a photo of how it looks like.
But in the past they fed better, often there were stands, lamb, salmon, sea food.
And now they save money, ordinary pasta, rice, potatoes.
Yes, they do beef, fish and chicken, but not as much as before.
