Getting some mixed results here - 2 board press has gone up 5 kilos in just over 2 weeks. This is pretty much an unimaginable jump for me, so I'm pretty happy about that.

Trained biceps for the first time in a few weeks last night - added four reps to my usual weight, so I thought that was fine, even though I normally do bis after back, so they're tired to start, but nonetheless ...

However - good morning has dropped 7.5 kilos since the first day (did 3rd ME squat day yesterday). My glutes and hams are very sore after DE squat day and the wonderful one-legged squats, which, I might add, are a new thrill I will never quit - these are simply amazing. Then they are still sore after ME squat day, too.

I know this is prob an AR thing - I don't have the bands and have been sort of doing very light pull throughs and SLDL's - like 50 reps, but that doesn't seem to help much ....

The idea of doing sprints on top of this hurts - so I haven't done any of those, either.

And will have to quit the heavy pull throughs for only SLDL's at some point, because I'm pulling the whole stack and still going over the rep numbers. The stack is "caged" too, so adding plates isn't much of an option. :(

Any ideas?
