wow, i ate alot today

i ate the most food ive ever eaten today.

8am meal 1: 2 scoops of whey protein, 2 cups of oatmeal, 7 egg whites,1 whole egg, 2 double fiber 100% whole wheat bread

11am meal 2: postworkout shake, 2.5 scoops of whey, 2 big bananas

12pm meal 3: 12oz of chicken breast, 2 large yams

3pm meal 4: 10 flank steak, 1 large yam, 2 cups of broccoli and cauliflower

6pm meal 5: 1 tub of cottage cheese (2cups), 4 tbsp of natural peanut butter

9pm meal 6: 2 scoops of casein

and I STILL FEEL HUNGRY AS FUCK. time for bed. im only on 500mg of test e and 375mg of tren e every week. why am i so god damn hungry. i feel like i can eat 4 more slices of whole wheat with half a pound of flank steak. i have a feeling that this might be TOO much food. anyone think so?
 
If I remember correctly, you're looking to put on 20+ pounds? There's no such thing as too much food, IMO. Eat big, gain big bro!
 
thats exactly what im gonna do, im trying to gain as much solid mass as possible. i dont even cheat, i just totally cut out fast foods, and get as much clean calories as i can. i just calculated what im eating, and its about 5400 calories of nothings but chicken, flank steak, 93% lean ground beef, cottage cheese, natural peanut butter, double fiber whole wheat bread, 100% whol wheat pasta, brown rice, oatmeal, banana in the morniong and post workout, 2-5 cups pf broccoli with my dinner. is there somewhere where i can post a log of everytihng i do so i can keep track.

Check out Fitday.com bro. You can log all your food and it calculates all the macros and calories. Keep pounding that food and be consistent with it. That size will come.
