WORKOUT LOG, on cycle 12 weeks

thanks man but its alright lol, gotta except these things so im nto to fussed, least i can relax abit with my training and eating now

Okay so today was a GOOD n BAD workout

Notes: why was it bad?

well i got kicked outa my gym today

trainer came up to me n told me this was my last workout here and im not welcome, that id been warned about stacking weights on machines and lifting heavy weights n attaching weights to dumbells

so im no longer welcome, on way out they made me sign cancelation form aswell

im not to fussed though coz i eventually was gonna move since the gym just doesnt cator for me anymore

One handed Reverse grip fixed pull down

Weighted chinups (2 second contraction at top)
bodyweight + 80, 5 reps

One handed fixed pull down

Fixed pull down
320X15 (ran outa breathe before muscle tiered out lol)

Stiff Leg deadlifts (havent done them in AGES)

Damn your last act right after signing the cancellation should have been to throw that trainers ass out the front door!:evil: If you had of been in the middle of your cycle that could have happened haha!
 
good shit about the new gym...... are you still the strongest dude there? guessing not if it's a pro gym, which should only help you push harder even w/out the tren.
 
glad you found a new gym...hopefully no more bullshit of attaching plates and shit? How heavy do the db's go?
