Okay so today was a GOOD n BAD workout
Notes: why was it bad?
well i got kicked outa my gym today
trainer came up to me n told me this was my last workout here and im not welcome, that id been warned about stacking weights on machines and lifting heavy weights n attaching weights to dumbells
so im no longer welcome, on way out they made me sign cancelation form aswell
im not to fussed though coz i eventually was gonna move since the gym just doesnt cator for me anymore

Damn your last act right after signing the cancellation should have been to throw that trainers ass out the front door! If you had of been in the middle of your cycle that could have happened haha!
