You need to eat more though. You obviously train hard and heavy so the calories have to go up.

Pretty much most pro bodybuilders eat whatever the heck they want while bulking so long as they know their protein intake is high enough.

Big macs, ice cream, hot dogs, bacon, fuckin whatever has alot of calories and tastes good.

It's almost impossible to eat 5k+ calories a day perfectly clean without it becoming a massive and dreadful chore.

Gain weight and some fat so what. Rip it the fuck up on your cutting cycle.

I agree he gets 5000 calories though but I think he should up it to 6000+ and eat dirty.

well im gonna have to wait 2 week for this current cycle to clear my system and start cruising again

im thinkin about cruising for 4-5 weeks

my next cycle im very indecisive

i was thinking a 16 week lean muscle gain and fat loss cycle

but im leaning towards two 8 week cycles since i think this will give me better gains

as for the cycles im thinking 1000mg test, with 300-400mg tren

of course i will keep a LOG

i persoanly wanna run 500mg again, but in all honesty the stuff really fuks ur cardio system, i always run outa breathe fuking my gf

so i do the the strength, aggression and energy in the gym

but i really dont like the outabreathe feeling i get having sex with my gf, its just annoying

so gonna run it lower this time and up my test, but knowing me ill prb drop ym test n up my tren again coz i love it so much

i love being strong, and tren seriosuly makes u one strong fuking dude, its hard to describe just how powerful it is on ur strength

it just makes everything feel light, and the weights just go up lol

my trainings just becoz i love being strong, plus i train for alot of strength on my chest, back, shoulders and legs just becoz they put on size very easily

rather my arms i train hypertophy becuase they dont respond very well

i also never plain to be a superheavyweight bodybuilder, ill eb hapyp ebing a light heavy or heavy weight, and to get to that size im sure even with strength training i can achieve

plus whats the point of being massive if your weak as piss? muscles are meant to show strength and power, hence why people dont wanna fight big muscly guys

whats point of being huge if some 16 year old kis can lift what you can

plus lasy thing i need is people laughing at me coz im big guy who weak as piss

personaly i love everytime i go gym and look at peoples faces when i warm up with there 1 rep maxes

or the best feeling is the look on a guys face (who thinks hes tuff, and dresses like wanker) who is cable rowing 130 pounds, then i jump in for a set and one hand cable row 260 pounds (double he can do with both arms) and destroy his selfesteem hehehe


Love the way you think hahaha! Hope your tendon feels better. You should find a strongman gym with big ass db's and guys who bench 500 hahahha
