why do employers wait three months to respond to your resume??

Also, sometimes they make a hire/offer, it does not work out, so they go sorting through old resumes again.

I know I was being recruited for a job. I strung them out for 2 months and then turned them down. They needed someone now and didn't want to start the process over again so they hired took another candidate they had previously passed over. Not saying anyone would pass you over.

Did you include a picture with cleavage on your resume? They usually speeds things up.

right now? yes...well..hmmm...I did use cleavage on one of the accounts but only cuz I knew the guy couldnt keep bitching with boobs in his face
the other job...bodies are the primary focus

I submitted about 25 resumes 4 months ago.
It's been 3 months since I Started my current job And I have received a few calls In the last week (3 months later)

That's funny because the resume didn't even get me the job I have now.
While I was laid off I got some things together To improve my qualifications,
( Took some classes,past some tests)
Called my old supervisor and he hired me back on the spot with a much better salary
There benefits have gone right in the toilet though.

normally if they're interested they'll respond within 2 weeks...never heard of them waiting longer than that...unless your trying to be a police officer
