Happy with new low and 800g off this week, been an amazing week in the books too training has been elite lately and tbh feeling better than I’ve probably felt in 12 months with less bodyweight from offseason. This will change but it’s nice to be doing it relatable easily atm as I’ll be so ready for the dig when it comes.

Coach is super happy with the look, going for 100mg more primo to try bring the dryer look and more pop with potentially not having to add mast or anything else in that regard as I don’t normally respond well to mast.

Slight carb reduction on rest day and 15g fat reduction from training and rest with 1x extra 20min cardio session added per week.

The plan is to keep training day cals higher to really drive performance and not let that fall off, we want to be about 5kg-6kg within cap at 8 weeks out and definatly on track for that with 9kg to go and no fat burners or tren ect in yet.
