douche....I figured because youre the manager of all managers you'd have an idea why employers wait a full quarter before interviewing for a position they put up

i was actually being quite serious...from my experience, most of them get these crazy ideas in their heads and they put the wheels in motion before they consider any of the logistics...it's just human nature...i probably do that shit all the time...there's a break in the action, i have time to think, i realize i need something, i start looking into satisfying that need, then i get busy as hell again and i don't get back around to finishing the process for several weeks...plus a lot of businesses are leaner and meaner now than they were before, so that shit happens even more often...how's that???
