I have been gaining about a pound and half for the last three or four months but I know there's always a trick or two I can use to compound my gains. Any suggestions?
7:00 Fruit/bowl of oatmeal
7:30 eggs,bacon,hashbrowns
10:00 50gram egg,whey,fax seed oil shake 50+grams of protein
11:00 albacore tuna 3.5 oz 24grams of protein
11:30 bowl of oatmeal
2:00 albacore tuna
3:30 albacore tuna
5:30 chicken breast sandwhich
Creatine 20grams
workout
after workout creatine/50 plus gram whey protein
7:00 red meat
9:00 tuna
10:30 50 gram whey protein right before bed w/flax seed oil
Also I stay pretty lean regardless of diet. I take egg,whey,flax seed and just started creatine.
