currently eating everything i can at every meal untill i'm full. I do this 4-5 times a day, and i have no control over what i can eat......(deployed)
I've gaing 10lbs in 4 weeks, i work out 3 days a week (stars 5x5) and little 6-10 min of running to warm up. right now i'm a 170 5'9 and i'd bet around 15-20% bf. I have no way to tell but its great guess!
Ive got nobody to to impress so if i get pudgy for awhile its cool but at point do i start becoming strict and eatING better?
MY GOAL IS 185 WITH 10%BF BY JUNE 2011
