What Type of Cardio can you Do without having to leave tha House?

Actually I think there have been tests that show sex isn't that great for cardio. Which doesn't make sex due to the fact that I'm sweating like crazy and my heart rate is through the roof. But hell if it did work, I should be ripped to shreds b/c of all the sex me and my girlfriend have

Stair Climbers--I used to run up and down my stairs--that's if you have a bi-level or split--bilevel is better--one long stair case.

try..

sun gods, eight count bodybuilders, jumping jacks (i forgot the jarhead term for them), monkey fuckers (i forgot the real name of those too), push-ups, running in place.. etc etc.

Your going to have to break it down for us non jarhead types
