What is the max to inject in Gluts?

This may sound stupid, but what is the max amount you can inject into
your glutes? I'm not large, 5'8" , 160lbs. 8% BF. I've been doing 3cc
twice a wk, don't want to get an abcess.

i dont like doin more than 2 ccs, but if your gonna do 3 + then just shoot it very slowly and make sure to massage it in for a while after. and rotate injection sites

3CCs are fine for glutes. Your glutes are some of the largest muscles you have anyway.

glutes are awesome, I can pretty much blast 2.5cc's into them really fast and have no issues at all.

uhg, not me....i stuggle with pain if i do more than 2....2 gives me no prob, but 3 i tried once, and i will never try it again...well, waters maybe, but oils its 2 or less at a time

3cc's are fine in glutes... I have heard of people injecting up to 5cc's at a time, but I wouldn't go above 3cc's...
