I just started it 5 weeks ago and although I had my doubts I am pretty excited with the results so far. Ive gotten stronger every week and am gaining good size. Im only using creatin and protein and in 1 week my 1RM on close grip incline went from 260 to 275 and I only weigh 185. Its a good workout if your looking to get stronger. You can read the training articles for it at elitefts.com. Also, has anyone else used this style of training before? what were your results?
 
check out Bfold, he uses an altered version of it to incorperate his strongman work, but its basically the same
 
Do you think this type of workout is good to gain size? If Im getting stronger, which I am, I figure I am most likely getting bigger. I am trying to bulk using this and then I plan to cut come spring, do you think this is a good routine to do that?

I'm using it to bulk as well, I think it is excellent because of the heavy compound movements.
 
It can easily be used to bulk also... You may have to change 1 or 2 small things ....but can be done.

You might also jump over to the powerlifting board for more WSB information.

I'm using WSB, and I like to think I'm growing.

I throw in some hypertrophy work for calves, bis and chest once a week, and that's it.
