I just started it 5 weeks ago and although I had my doubts I am pretty excited with the results so far. Ive gotten stronger every week and am gaining good size. Im only using creatin and protein and in 1 week my 1RM on close grip incline went from 260 to 275 and I only weigh 185. Its a good workout if your looking to get stronger.
