This is my first post I thought I could contribute with something here. I'm from the old school and after many years of not working out I'm back in the game
Anyway, I just wanted to say ... and I hope this is not old news.. but last night I got back home from work after a very long day and I really didn't feel like cooking anything so I opened a can of tuna and put some lime on it.. after the first bite I really wasn't on the mood for fishy stuff so I combined it with some white beans I cooked the other night and man.. that really tasted great... it was actually very good...
By the way I normally make the white beans with tomato sauce..
So there you go you have a healthy and rich protein and fiber meal... where the Tuna can actually swim
