Hi there guys,

This is my first post I thought I could contribute with something here. I'm from the old school and after many years of not working out I'm back in the game :)

Anyway, I just wanted to say ... and I hope this is not old news.. but last night I got back home from work after a very long day and I really didn't feel like cooking anything so I opened a can of tuna and put some lime on it.. after the first bite I really wasn't on the mood for fishy stuff so I combined it with some white beans I cooked the other night and man.. that really tasted great... it was actually very good...

By the way I normally make the white beans with tomato sauce..

So there you go you have a healthy and rich protein and fiber meal... where the Tuna can actually swim :)

yep.. i also like to add olive oil, red wine vinegar and some dried italian herbs to the mix to "kick it up a notch!" ... hehehe

where im from you can buy powdered flavoring an it makes stuff taste like it was bbq etc. check ur local super market and see if they have anything like that.... its usually mom and pop companies that also put out liquid marinade :Chef:
