I'm thinking of trying steroids for the first time. I'm 43,working out 18 months,5'10",@185 pounds,no health problems(ever).But progress is slow,I can bench at least 250 2-3 reps,curling 100 10reps,bench dumbbell press 90s 10 reps,mil press 120 10reps,leg extentions 90 10reps(each leg).Well theres more,but you see where I'm at.I havent dieted much,and I work out 3-4 times a week at 1.5-2 hours per work out. I would liek help finding out more information about steroids.
