Thinking of trying out steroids

I'm thinking of trying steroids for the first time. I'm 43,working out 18 months,5'10",@185 pounds,no health problems(ever).But progress is slow,I can bench at least 250 2-3 reps,curling 100 10reps,bench dumbbell press 90s 10 reps,mil press 120 10reps,leg extentions 90 10reps(each leg).Well theres more,but you see where I'm at.I havent dieted much,and I work out 3-4 times a week at 1.5-2 hours per work out. I would liek help finding out more information about steroids.

18 months of training is not nearly long enough before even considering AAS....."haven't dieted much" is the main reason you aren't seeing results....train hard, diet right, hold off on juice

+1 to the broccoli man above !!! Most people dont know how anabolic food really is. Hence "anabolic kitchen", if you dont eat right while on then i doubt u'll keep a lot of the gains. Hopefully anabolic kitchen turns into a blue hyperlink to the book. Didn't need2 write it?!
 
OP, I can only share what I did and was told. I had worked out for years. I first learned about diet, rest and routine. I made great gains and often times people would accuse me of enhancement. I was in my 30's doing this. When it came time I joined boards and mainly read and listened. I did this for over a year before I even thought about starting my first cycle. I am so glad I did. I ran a test e cycle and it was flawless, but even better so was my PCT. Theres plenty of time still, and the weights are going to run off on you.

I apriceate your advise,especaly with diet, and what worked for you. Since yesterday I started noteing what I'am eating.carbs,and protein in grams.And you all may laugh but it came in at 600+g. of carbs,100-120g. of protein,and thats not even the worst of it. Sometimes on weekends I'll say eat a whole pizza or so. I do have semi tough day job(roofing),and I do't drink coke or pepse I can go on and on.BUT where should the numbers be in grams. and"Thanks Needtogetaas"
