I've been training for a while now and until today I've never really happy with my back routine. I changed it up more times than I can remember and not once have I ever felt that burn the next day like I do with all my other body parts.
Anyway last night I was determined to make it burn, now I coud have just done 6 exercises and 6 sets each but injury and pain wasnt the goal.
I fiddled with my current routine a little and went in there with 110% determination, I had a 110% concentraytion and put in 110% effort, and guess what,
today I FEEEEEEEEEL the burn, not soreness, not pain, but THE BUUUURN. It feels sooooooooooo good
My point
I was suprised at how much of a differance that xtra 10% made. So put that xtra 10% into your determination, concentration and effoft into each and every workout! I know I will.
