The All Natural PEANUT BUTTER DIET! by Mr.X

I started this week and I am on my second day. I feel horrible, but I guess my body is getting used to not having a lot of carbs. I am going to monitor my strength as well as my weight loss.

Weight: 245 LBS

Meals per day: 6 x day
Snacks: 2 x day

Cardio: 2 x week
Weights: 3 x week
Flag Football: Once every 2 weeks

Meal = 2 tablespoon ANPB + 1 serving of Nectar caribbean Cooler
300 calories, 31gm protein, 6gm carb, 16 gm fat

Snack = 2 tablespoon ANPB
210 calories, 8gm protein, 6gm carb, 16 gm fat

Total Calorie = 2220

Bench Press (Hammer strength): 380lbs x 6
Military Press (Hammer strength): 360lbs x 8

The reason I use Hammer strength is because I do not have a training partner due to my work schedule.

Please critique. I respect the knowledge on this board and would appreciate any feedback.

Is the point of this diet to use good fats that come in ANPB as substitute for bad fats from cheese and meat in a keto diet ?

Can I substitue a burger, turkey burger, chicken, buffalo wings as a substitute if it meets the exact Peo/carb/Fat requirements in my meal ?

The reason I include buffalo wings is that I found a brand that gives me 300 calories, 31gm protein, 6gm carb, 16 gm fat per serving.

This is just so I don't go crazy just eating peanut butter. I would do this maybe 2 meals per week. If I can do more please let me know.

jkurz1, Care to elaborate ? Diet I have sucks or you had bad experience with ANPB diet ? Percentagewise my diet is very close to what is recommended by Mr X. I do not eat the burger, turkey, chicken wings on this diet. Just ANPB and whey. I am eating them once or twice total per week so that I do not get sick of this diet. Even adding them, I can maintain the percentages.

Well...I am set up to start first week of january, my wife will join in too, we will try for 2 weeks and hopes....

Question: Will it be OK if I mix my Whey with Soya milk and reduce the amount of say PB/whey ? to compensate, or would it be better tu use water or skim milk for the mix ?

I didn't see nobody reporting a few months after the end of the diet, will the lost pounds be re-gained as fast as the were lost ?

I will report after my trial, posotive or negative...
