5'11" and 187 lbs, with 12% body fat. I'm sure the body fat is an estimate, everybody on here says they are 12%. You're probably closer to 15-17% I would guess.
Can you give us the macro breakdown on your diet? How many grams of protein/carbs/fat is that per day?
Also, what's your serious training look like? Don't have to go into too much detail, just your split and sets/reps is fine.
If you're only 187 lbs now, where did you start? How much muscle did you gain in 4 years of serious training?
