Hi!
I do understand you probably get like a 1000 of these topics everyday, but anyway.
I plan on doing my first cycle. I am 25 years old, and looking to gain lean mass, also as little fat as possible.
Been training seriously for the last 4 years, and diet is, and will be, in check.
I've been researching for a long time, and I finally got a plan laid up. What do you guys think of this?
Stats:
180 cm
85 kg
approx. 12% bodyfat.
Week 1-12: Testosterone Enanthate 250 mg E4D.
Week 1-12: Arimidex 0.5 mg EOD. (Will start at this dose, and increase if necessary).
Week 1-12: 250 iu HCG E4D. Shoot same days as the Test.
Week 13 and 14: No substances.
Week 15-18: Nolvadex 40/40/20/20.
Does this seem like a well planed, and "safe" cycle?
And could I even start my Arimidex dose as low as 0.5 E3D?
A typical day's eating will be:
07:30: 120 g oat meal, mixed with milk and proteinshake. 1000 mg vitamin C and multivitamin.
10:30: 200 gram meat (chicken, turkey, pork, tuna etc.) + 100 grams vegetables + 100 grams brown rice/whole-brand pasta/whole-brand bread etc.
12:30: Gainer shake + 2 spoons udo's choice.
14:30: 200 gram meat (chicken, turkey, pork, tuna etc.) + 100 grams brown rice/whole-brand pasta/whole-brand bread etc.
15:30: Bcaa's
16:00: Workout
17:00: Post-workout: Gainer shake + bcaa's
18:30: 200 gram meat (chicken, turkey, pork, tuna etc.) + 100 grams vegetables + 100 grams brown rice/whole-brand pasta/whole-brand bread etc.
21:30: Salmon + 100 grams vegetables + 50 grams brown rice/whole-brand pasta/whole-brand bread etc.
23:30: Casein protein-shake + 1 spoon udo's choice + 1000 mg Vitamin C + ZMA.
