Great leg day today! Very blurry due to how shaky my body was after the session

You know it’s a big pump when you lose all the details in the muscle!
Todays session consisted of-
• Machine hip adduction- 2 sets 12-15 reps 3 sec negatives
• Reverse v squat machine- 2 sets 6-10 reps top set/ back off set
• Dumbbell Bulgarian split squats- 3 sets 8-10 reps
• Machine leg extensions- 3 sets 12-15 reps
• Machine lying leg curl - 3 sets 10-12 reps
• Seated Calf raises - 3 sets 15-20 reps
