Flat DB bench

2 sets 45kg x 12
1 set 47.5kg x 9

Decline cable flies
5 sets 30kg x 12

Incline cable flies
3 sets 20kg x 14

Pushups
30,22,20,20,18
Then added in cable rope face pulls superset with 10 pushups

5 sets 50kg x 12 + 5 sets 10 pushups
