Hi to everybody, that' my very first post.
Two simple question:
Said that what I want is to cut:
1) what kind of sugar (of course just a little bit) shall I use? normal. fructose, brown, ...
2) low fat milk is good or it contains to much carbo? So it's better take protein before night time with milk or water?
