I've been reading all the threads on DC training, 5x5 training WS training and everything, and sorry for another post like this but
, Strictly for strength gain, and not hypertrophy, which type of training do you think would be the most effective? I was using repitition methods for awhile, now im doing 5x5, but from what im reading it sounds like DC may be the best for my goals. Any other opinions?
