i just started trying to lean out ive been bulking for 4 years and i was 230 around christmas and now im like 217 like 16%bf trying to hit 10%bf. i eat every 2 hours on the dot and start getting hungry like an hour after every meal. my sleep schedual is bad because i work at night so i go to bed at 5am, i usually eat a can of tuna and some brocolli before i go to sleep so i dont store fat but can still recover but i lay down and at 6am im hungry at 7am im starving and i cant sleep and i dont want to eat again and store fat but it almost feels like im skipping a meal if i ignore it and try to go to sleep! any suggestions would be appreciated!
