Taking a week off training wont do much harm. Howeever you WILL grow biceps, rather than spending that week and not growing.
NO, I am NOT a bodybuilder. ARE YOU???? I am training for a strength contest in 3 weeks...so taking a week off of my training would be detrimental to my progress. Don't speak of that which you do not know.
