Look at it this way man....

If I can spend 15 hours a week in the gym and gain 50 lbs on all of my main lifts...great.

If I can spend 5 hours a week in the gym and gain 50 lbs on all of my main lifts...even better.

Anyone can see which is the most efficient. Opportunity cost...hmmmm..

I was just thinking the same thing.....geez if you want to grow eat more and train smart.

Anybody know if he was ingesting anything but that homebrew drink??
 
I am not as sore as I thought I would be today, although there is still alot of pain. I was very dehydrated when I got up, even though I drunk atleast 2 gallons of water yesterday. My arms look twice as big as normal, but I am sure it is just from the swellen. I also can't straighten out my arms, they are stuck at a 110 degree angle, I guess this is why I don't have much pain, my body isnt even allowing me to use my arms :).

I forgot to mention that I did eat yesterday. Mainly things with alot of carbs/protien. When I got too tired to lift anymore, I would eat some high carb junk food (cereal, honeybun, etc) to give me a sugar boost.

All in all this was pretty fun, and if I do end up growing even just a few fractions of an inch, I'll still probably do it again.

You should also try 100 sets of squats and 100 sets of deadlifts in one day.
I heard it gives you even better results!
 
It's now the third day, and when I woke up I was in PAIN. I couldnt even move my arms. I almost cried taking a shower. I also noticed that my arms were no longer swollen, they just hurt alot.

However, when I measured my arms they were 1/2 inch larger! I don't know if I am keeping these gains or if it's just temp, but that sure made my day :). I'll let you know how much I gain at the end of the week.
 
LOL Advaik, now I'm wondering if your story is all a hoax to try and get us to destroy our arms! 1/2 a fucking inch!? Man, if that ain't all bull, I'm willing to give it a try.
 
I kid you not. I should mention that I took 30g Creatine 15g ALA on the day of the lifting, and have been taking 10g Creatine 5g ALA each day after. So it could just be temp. Like I said, I am gonna give it till the end of the week before I start making actual claims. If I keep this 1/2 inch, I'll be damn sure to do it for squats/deadlifts sometime next month.
 
If you couldn't move your arms and almost cried taking a shower...how did you get to where you could flex them to take a measurement?

If it was your 3rd day it is doubtful that it is all blood or pump. it doesnt last so long!

When my chest gets sore...it feels and is swollen for a few days. I can only imagine after you overtrain them like you have...for how many days that they would be swollen.
