4 sessions down, 6 to go... arg

That last session was nothing but forced reps. I had this tingle in my muscles the entire time, like they had fallen asleep or something. I tried to drink another shake and almost spit it up. Gawd this sucks, but it's still fun!

Keep it up and tell us how it goes! You might want to decrease the weight and increase the reps as the day goes on.

I think that an occasional huge high volume day is a good idea. Arnold used to do this and hit like 50 sets over the course of a day, and obviously it worked for him.

I wonder if this would work well with lats. Superset a pulldown movement with a row and hit a ton of sets.

My friends and I used to do this sometimes with bench presses and curls and it worked well for us.

Hey the only way to find out if it works is to try it. Dont bother listening to the HIT people who bash the idea, train beyond the pain!

How about overhead db or bb extenstions and tricep kickbacks?
 
I can't go anymore... I did 8 sessions, and now I can't even do the motion let alone with weights. I really dont have any pain, I can't even feel my arms at all. And they are heavy as hell, I can barely bring my drink to my mouth!

Well I guess I have to wait a week and see how it goes now :).

How much sets have you completed?

Watch some good inspirational movie and keep on pumping! Even if it is a light weight.
 
Two hours later I managed to pump out my last two sessions. It was hell. I feel like throwing up now... pissing hurts... my stomach is growling because of all the shakes... can't wait to do it again!

Final Set Score:
50 BB Curls
50 DB Curls
25 Dips (Stopped after I couldnt do my own weight)
31 Skullcrushers (Stopped after I felt a pop in my tricep and each rep was painful)
25 Wrist Flexors
25 Wrist Curls
25 Wrist Rollers

I would have kept going, but I can not even use my biceps anymore. I was using momentum in the end to get them up, and my lats/shoulders to lift my arms. It would be pointless to continue.

Do tricep kickbacks! You still have few more golden hours left! THIS training will end soon, so make sure every minute counts! yeh!
 
LOL, I think Alex wants you to end up in an intensive care unit.

This sounds like a nightmare!!!!!

Look at it this way man....

If I can spend 15 hours a week in the gym and gain 50 lbs on all of my main lifts...great.

If I can spend 5 hours a week in the gym and gain 50 lbs on all of my main lifts...even better.

Anyone can see which is the most efficient. Opportunity cost...hmmmm..

Fuck Advaik, hope you can get out of bed tomorrow... if this crazy stunt works, maybe Ill try it with legs... Ill have to book a month off work though :p
