Well was training about a year with friend who been training for about 5 year then i fell for juice what he got me done 3 month sust250 at 750mg a week then last 4 weeks used 10ml of tritren and put on alot of muscle and looked alot better because diet was spot on then when it got to pct i couldnt get hold of anything and broke out with servier (spelling) cystic acne what lead me out of gym not sure if recovered but put little fat on and sex drive down a little so was thinking of buying a barbell set and trying stronglifts at home with bench and Cheap squat stands till i get back to gym, starting acutame next week current weight 11.3 stone and 15% bf at 5ft11 . Has any one else tryed 5x5 at home? Cheers
