Squat-275#5*5.
Overhead press- 120#5*5.
Deadlift- 275#4*4(mixed grip/alternated).
Skullcrushers- 75#5*5.
Wide gripe chinups- BW-3*5
Good day. Very satisfied. Felt great after workout. Just did a lil more stretches in between and some light walking on treadmill after heavy squats...helped a lot.
