Went to hang out with a friend as I hang out with him every Thursday. He said he had a surprise for me and list of events to do. I was like hmmm..then when I got there I asked if we could go to Soma Cafe (healthy food place) for a salad. He said know because he had lunch plans. I was like noooooooooooooooo !!!! He said dont worry...I know how you eat. So he had the chef go to the store and buy all organic and weighed everything.

1c. cappacino with almond milk and non fat coca (made from pure cocoa bean there) since I have allergies
And he had a fruit salad of berries with stevia but I was good and passed on it since it. Yum!!
