Hey bro, everything about this thread is wrong.

-At 6 foot and 16s (and at 19%bf) you are carrying very little muscle - I would suggest bulking for 12 months before considering a cut
-At 1500 cals a day your body is going to think it is starving - this means a major slowing of the metabolism (so forget fat buring), and your body trying to preserve fat and using breaking down muscle for energy. This is DEFINNATELY not the way to loose fay.
-Fat buring is all about diet - your diet is awful so you need to focus on that. Post up what you eat and we will help you
-Turning to hardcore slimming aids like clen and T3 with a bad diet and a huge calorie defecit is the the wrong way to go, unless you want heat problems and long term Thyroid damage. Use lipoflame instead.

In summary, work on your diet. Look uop "carb cycling". Have no more than a 500 cal defecit if you insist on cutting at your size.

At 6ft and 165 I think you would benefit more, and see better results from eating more food and hitting the weights harder. The more lean mass you have the faster your metabolism will be.

I would take the money you would spend on supplements and buy "Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle". There is no quick fix, you need to make life changes first. I'm purely speculating, but at your height and weight you are either new to the gym or you've been doing something wrong. Either way that book will give you the tools to acheive your goal

I agree 19% bodyfat at 165 lbs and 6 ft tall tells me the same thing that your new to working out or have been doing something wrong with your diet/training. How long have you been working out?

10 years but i got sick for like the last year and lost alot of muscle.
 
Your diet is purely horrible. You are in starvation mode and your body will hold onto all the fat it can.


5000 calories a week? I eat that in a day and can be at 13% BF.


and stop trying to take drugs to help, because at the way yo are eating, it will just make you sick and complicate your health.

Ok im an endurance athlete can you hook me up with a diet plan if it sucks please.
 
Ill help you perferct your diet on the condition that you go away, do some research and answer the following-

-Explain what we mean by "starvation mode"?
-Look in the stickies in the diet forum - calculate your maintenance calories for us.
-Go to FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal - eter all the food you eat on a daily basis and tell me the % breakdown of fats/ carbs/ protein and total calories.

Sound fair?

An endurance athlete on 5000 calories a week? Thats probably a days worth of cals for most endurance athletes
 
As others said ditch the redbull and protein bars..... drink whey protein instead and make sure you get at least 150g of protein in for your weight. And then you have to do a LOT of cardio and weight lifting. If you're not breaking a sweat (like most people at commercial gyms) you're not working out hard enough. You won't be able to see a 6 pack until you're down to around 10-12% bodyfat. I'm at 10% and I have a feint 6 pack that is covered by a thin layer of fat. If you want well defined abs it takes a lot of work, proper dieting, and patience. It won't happen quickly.
 
Lol this guy must be a stand up comedian ROFL... that diet is terrible 5795 calories a week OMG and canned meats only is shitty... Can't believe he is an endurance athlete thats pretty much impossible but whatever since you say he's been banned
