ok here are my stats that iv posted on several other posts i have i weigh 165 lbs 19 percent body fat 6ft tall. What foods burn stoamach fat to get a six pack quicker as well as for exercise right now i have my top abs showing but not my bottum ones im pissed. Help please

You can't spot reduce bro, it comes off everywhere or nowhere, diet dependant. Post up your diet.
My diet is basically lettace plain, protein bars, strawberries, and then i drink red bull. Im a picky eater .

this could explain why your body is holding onto fat... are you meeting your calorie requirements minus 500 daily? have you tried HIIT cardio. have you looked at any pre-contest diet preps? what about clen/ECA, etc?

I intake 1500 cals and i have clen and cytomel. If i take cytomel and clen along with a clean diet and work hard in the gym will i see the results im looking for such as a six pack/ 12 pack.

Id see what else is around before you take the clen and cytomel man.... i was going to do the same thing in order to loose weight. I would love a six-pack, but from what ive heard from the fellas around here, that isnt the way to go... Unless your in serious competion and stuff... Diet, trial, tweak your diet, exercise... then go from there.... Wouldnt hurt to throw in a stim, eca or fat burner.... whatever you wanna call it. Be in top condition before you put anything in your body sounds good to me.

Man , you need to get down to arouns 10%bf to make a effort to see those abs.
Meaning you need to lose around 15 lbs of bodyfat

will it come off in the midsection first ? prob not as mentioned it comes off all over, unless your body chooses to release the fat in the midsection wich it usually does not .

Plan Oatmeal seems to take a lot of work to digest sure its a carb but complex with zero sugar per serving.
meat seems to take alot of digestion to break down as well cuasing a release of energy in the body.

I would say the more soild and denser the food the more effort to digest and absorb it takes place.
stay away from liquid sugary stuff its not that your a pickey eater it looks to me like your not eating at all. or not enough to even let the body release some of its stored fat.

I dont really eat alot so am i burning fat or what i think i intake 1500 calories and im 6ft tall

Red bull and protein bars are not very conducive to your goals. Many protein bars are loaded with calories and red bull has a ton of sugar. Also when you get your bodyfat percentage down you will want to monitor your sodium intake so you don't retain water (with your stats this is the least of your concern right now though). Also, try running in the morning on an empty stomach which is the fastest way to burn fat because this is what your body turns to first after waking when you have no food in your stomach. Again as mentioned above you will have to just drop weight overall there is no way to spot reduce fat. Your body will get rid of it where it wants to first and this will take a serious commitment on your part. Drugs or steroids won't do it for you.

Hope this helps!

At 6ft and 165 I think you would benefit more, and see better results from eating more food and hitting the weights harder. The more lean mass you have the faster your metabolism will be.

I would take the money you would spend on supplements and buy "Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle". There is no quick fix, you need to make life changes first. I'm purely speculating, but at your height and weight you are either new to the gym or you've been doing something wrong. Either way that book will give you the tools to acheive your goal

Just my opinion; trying to help a bro down the right path
