Alright well i was doing barbell military presses and after the second set when i put the bar back up, i got a killer pain in my shoulder.. and was like WTF is this, i went on and used dumbbells... i did a set of 50's and was just fine, i pick up the 60's (which i normally do a set of 10 with) and did about 4 and it felt like i was shot or something... i dropped the weight and rested, it went away and i did a perfect set of 60s, no prob, no pain...
WTF was it?? this was yesterday, i did biceps and triceps today and felt no pain in that shoulder....

What the hell can it be?? should i continue lifting or should i see a chiropractor or someone first?

maybe you should go light for a week or so, just to make sure you dont fuck it up. Make sure your frms good, and strat doing some rotator exercises...you dont wanta mess up your rotators.

Hey Wiz,

I used to get the same pain when I did barbell military press. Darn shame too because I liked that particular lift. Unfortunately, it kept me out of the gym for a few weeks one time. I use DB's exclusively now. Try the Arnold press, that's a good one.
