I even found a calculator for testosterone on a website but it works for any compound you just got to put the mg/ml and dose, makes it a breeze for when i cycle and run multiple things.

I decided to go ahead and do
500 mcg bpc 157
500 mcg tb 500
And 2 iu HGH
300 test split dose 2 week
That amount of test is my trt. Keeps my about 900.
Saw Dr Monday. He was amazed at my range of motion. Still can’t raise my hand behind my back. I only get to about even with my belt. Still no weights. But we added some new stretches.
I have manageable pain. I feel great all things considered.
My right knee is screaming at my shoulder to get better fast. Leg have never been worked this hard. Legs 3 days a week is rough on that old knee.

cream of wheat
1/2 avacado
Meal 3 after gym
1 Apple
8 oz Chicken breast
1 cup rice
1 cup vegetable
1/2 avacado
Tomorrow will go grocery shopping.
Today I am low on food
But is my basic meals plan.
Boring but works.

on meal 1 I would add some avocado or walnuts
on meal 2 i would add some broccoli steamed
meal 3 after gym should be protein shake with honey
then meal imo

I have some bone broth and have been working it it.
This is different eating style now.
When I had surgery I was in a bulk. That’s a funny term for me. My normal weight is 185-190. In a bulk I can’t get past 210. But I still eat healthy and not a dirty bulk. I still end up thicker in the middle and face.
So now I’m trying to get of this extra fat and eat well enough to heal well. I need to drop 20 pounds by Christmas. I’m going on a cruise some where warm and with beachs
