Great weekend.
Saturday the gym had a powerlifting meet.
Saw some crazy lifts.
Mad respect for powerlifters.
I got in a great stretch. I got on a lot of machines with zero or minimal weight. Just used the weight to help stretch the shoulder.
Sunday was leg day. Felt good. And actually making progress on my chicken legs.
No breakfast or food before gym. Lunch was a salad with chicken and half avacado.
Burgers at home for dinner.
Gonna lay around. Ice shoulder and watch football
Funny story I watched football for years and got burnt out. Stopped watching for about ten years.
Now I love it more. Now I don’t have team. So I don’t have to schedule my life around a teams schedule. I don’t get butt hurt when my team sucks. Now I can watch football and enjoy it for the game. There are a lot of amazing players on different teams. I now give more respect to players and the game.
I am always happy watching ball now.
