For sure. I bought chicken breast. I will cook tomorrow and and vegetables. I will meal prep for the week.
Gonna try and go to 1500 cal per day.
Need to go get some more avacados and almonds. My avacado are to green for this week.
I will use bone broth for one meal.
One good thing is my appetite is low right now. Might even fast some.
 
Went to gym this morning.
Now I am sitting at home.
Ice pack on top of my knee and another on bottom of knee.
Also have one on my shoulder..
I will do some heating pads later.
I look worse than I feel.
Just getting ready for a leg day tomorrow with my coach🤪

I’ve been doing legs 3 times a week for the last 4 week or more. Just can do any squats with bar of any kind. Lots of leg machine.
Only a couple plate machines. Some I can load and unload with one arm. Only one machine I can load but not unload. I do it with my coach and helps me.

Today I am fasting till dinner.
My kids are all around this week end. So going to dinner with whole family.
I will still keep it clean.
this morning.
Chicken leg day
1. Adductor machine. 4 set,20 reps. 100-140 lbs
2. Leg extension 4 sets 20 reps 120-160 lbs
3. Leg press 5 sets 25 reps drop 5 reps each set
270-630 Lbs.
4. Abductor machine. 4 sets , 20 reps 90-120 lbs
5. Laying leg curls 4 set 20 reps 45lbs
6. Standing leg curl single leg. 4 set 12 reps 35-45lbs
7. Leg press single leg machine. 4 set 12 reps 135 - 210 lbs
8. Standing pendulum leg kick back. 4 sets 12 reps single leg 90-115 lbs

training this morning is PERFCT real tight volume lets add light cardio
 
Monday I tried to fast till dinner.
I did eat 4 rice cakes throu the day. Dinner I almost forgot wife and I had to go to a comkk ok any function. Buffet I had little rib eye on pretzel bun finger sand which a one chicken street taco. Plus salad and water.
Tuesday tried fast till dinner again. Did good.
Meal preped. Ate 200 g chicken breast and one avacado.
Went to PT did all the stretch stuff, arm bicycle, they stretched me out, gave massage then ice. 1 1/2 hour. Felt great afterwards. This morning a little sore but still feel great.

@Slyderkt good day on fasting but if you eat rice cakes its not fasting bro :) you gotta have no food
lets try to cut the meals into meal prep possible?
