Monday I tried to fast till dinner.
I did eat 4 rice cakes throu the day. Dinner I almost forgot wife and I had to go to a comkk ok any function. Buffet I had little rib eye on pretzel bun finger sand which a one chicken street taco. Plus salad and water.
Tuesday tried fast till dinner again. Did good.
Meal preped. Ate 200 g chicken breast and one avacado.
Went to PT did all the stretch stuff, arm bicycle, they stretched me out, gave massage then ice. 1 1/2 hour. Felt great afterwards. This morning a little sore but still feel great.
